The first three photos show the process of repairing a defect in a pipeline weld. No root penetration was detected. Welding was performed using the MAG method with metalcore wire for the root and rutile wire for filling. The weld was tested using MT and UT methods

The project involved pipe repair performed offshore by a welder with limited experience. Poor fusion was observed in the hot pass, leading to a defect between the root and hot pass. The weld underwent MT and UT testing.

This project focused on welding a 40mm thick-walled pipe using the MAG method with rutile wire. The welding process included filling and was subjected to MT and UT testing.

The first photo shows a root pass performed using full-diamondspark wire on an offshore pipe with a 14mm wall thickness. The weld was tested using UT, MT, and RT methods. The remaining images depict the welding of a bracket to a 65mm thick-walled pipe, all performed using the MAG method.

This project covered the full welding sequence, including the root pass, hot pass, fill-up, and cap.

Welding was performed using the MAG method, covering the root, hot pass, fill-up, and cap. The weld underwent MT and UT testing.

his project involved various repair works on a ship, focusing on welding-related tasks.

: The project involved pipe repair and assembly on a ship. The MMA (Manual Metal Arc) method was used for initial pipe assembly, while the remaining pipes were welded using the MAG method.

The project focused on welding using the MAG method with rutile and metalcore wires, ensuring structural integrity and compliance with testing standards.
